Joined PreciousNine in 2009. Previously worked as a tax consultant in PricewaterhouseCoopers Indonesia for 20 years, her last position being an executive director. Worked for Udaya International Tax Consultant Jakarta for two years before joining PwC. Lili has hands-on experience advising and supporting prominent multinational companies engaging in telecommunication industry in their tax affairs. She also advised and assisted companies engaging in shipping, freight forwarding, and pharmaceutical industry as well as construction, manufacturing, leasing, port operation, and toll roads. Lili has also broad experience handling tax affairs of foreign aid projects, education foundations and international organizations. Lili is a 1985 bachelor degree graduate of Parahyangan University Bandung Indonesia majoring in fiscal studies. She is also a licensed tax consultant with the highest qualification (Brevet C) and a holder of license to act as a proxy before the tax court. In her capacity, Lili can represent you to deal with the ITO in virtually all tax affairs such as tax audits, tax objections, tax ruling requests etc., and in litigation process before the tax court. Lili has a proven record in helping prominent multinational and national companies solve their tax problems arising in tax audits as well as tax disputes in tax objections and litigations. She was also involved in a number of M&A projects with the main task of conducting due diligence review of the targets’ tax affairs and advising the acquirers regarding relevant tax issues.
