Tax Dispute and Resolution

TAX DISPUTE RESOLUTIONS

If you have a tax dispute, it means you disagree to a tax assessment imposed by the Director General of Taxes (DGT).  For a resolution, you will have to file an objection with the DGT. If you fail, you will have to litigate by an appeal to the tax court.  Then, if you are still unsuccessful, you can escalate to the Supreme Court as the last resort.

PreciousNine supports you not only to get a resolution for your existing tax disputes but also helps preventing potential disputes from materializing. Our service therefore includes:

• Tax audit support
• Tax objection support
• Litigation support (tax appeal and lawsuit petitions to the tax court); and
• Case review request support
