Lina has broad experience advising and assisting multinational companies engaged in service provision, manufacturing, trading, leasing, construction, telecommunications, freight forwarding, pharmaceutical industry, international organization, advertising, and port operation.
Lina is a 1997 bachelor degree graduate of the Economics Faculty of Tarumanegara University Jakarta Indonesia majoring in accounting. She is also a licensed tax consultant with the highest qualification (Brevet C) and a holder tax court’s license to act as a proxy. In her capacity, Lina can represent you to deal with the ITO in virtually all tax affairs such as tax audits, tax objections, tax ruling requests etc., and in litigation process before the tax court.
Lina has a proven record in helping prominent multinational companies solve their complex tax problems arising in tax audits, as well as controversies with the ITO covered in tax objections and litigations. She was also involved in a number of M&A projects with the main task of conducting due diligence review of the targets’ tax affairs and advising the acquirers regarding relevant tax issues.
