Novi has broad experience advising and assisting multinational companies engaged in service provision, manufacturing, trading, leasing, construction, telecommunications, freight forwarding, pharmaceutical industry, foreign aid, international organization, and IT.
Novi has a proven record in helping prominent multinational companies solve their complex tax problems arising in tax audits, as well as controversies with the ITO covered in tax objections and litigations. She was also involved in a number of M&A projects with the main task of conducting due diligence review of the targets’ tax affairs and advising the acquirers regarding relevant tax issues.
