Joined PreciousNine in 2009. Previously worked as a tax consultant in PricewaterhouseCoopers Indonesia for 18 years, his last position being a director. Worked for the audit division of KPMG Hanadi Sujendro Jakarta for two years before joining PwC.
Robertus has broad experience advising and assisting companies engaging in pharmaceutical industry, consumer products, oil and gas (production sharing contracts), general mining, construction, manufacturing, leasing, advertising, and information technology (IT).
Robertus is a 1987 bachelor degree graduate of the Economics Faculty of Gajah Mada University Yogyakarta Indonesia majoring in accounting. He is also a licensed tax consultant with the highest qualification (Brevet C) and a holder of license to act as a proxy before the tax court. In his capacity, Robertus can represent you to deal with the ITO in virtually all tax affairs such as tax audits, tax objections, tax ruling requests etc., and in litigation process before the tax court.
Robertus has a proven record in helping prominent multinational and national companies solve their tax problems arising in tax audits, as well as tax disputes in tax objections and litigations. He was also involved in a number of M&A projects conducting tax diligence review of the targets and advising the acquirers regarding relevant tax issues. His past major engagement include assistance to a multinational company in their post-merger integration of a national conglomerate engaging in food and beverage industry.
Robertus’ core competence also includes transfer pricing. He assisted a number of clients in tax audits, objections, and a tax appeal in related to transfer pricing. He also has hands-on experience in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
